Investigating
The in-store Zip Pay payment option in POS has been temporarily disabled due to a technical issue. As a precautionary measure, this payment method is currently unavailable.
Alternative Payment Method: Customers can still complete their purchases using Zip Pay payment method by:
Opening the ‘Pay’ tab in the Zip app
Adding their Zip Pay Visa card to their digital wallet (Apple/Google Pay)
Tapping their phone on your EFTPOS terminal as they would with any Visa/contactless payment

This option is available for Zip Pay and Zip Plus customers only.
